Registration will be on the generator side of the church.
Table reps: be outside at the registration booth equipped with a laptop — ready to check in students and add them to the health report.
VERY IMPORTANT: Admins need to be ready at the check-in tables with a laptop.

Each 12 Leader is represented by a wristband color. Students get a wristband upon check-in.

Confirm your students using the LOF AppSheet — make sure you mark Attended.2
Get your students to class early.3
Greet them outside.4
Walk them to the table — check in, get a wristband, pay tuition.5

Get all the info needed for the health report: name · phone number · family group attendance · baptized (yes/no).2
Take a photo with your students at the end of group time.

Accountability
Check The Attended Box
On the AppSheet, 12 Leaders and coaches must check the Attended box to confirm their students actually made it to class.
Every week, each 12 Leader gets an attendance percentage based on their total goal. If the box isn't checked, your numbers don't count.
